Everyone knows that ePublishing gives you the power to easily make changes to a published piece. The problem has always been with communicating the changes to your production staff. Red pens just don't work online. Switching between your Web browser and your eMail program and typing up a list of changes is tedious and prone to miscommunication or duplication of effort.

To solve these problems, we've created the eBookHost eProofer. eProofer is a tool for simplifying and streamlining the proofing process for online magazines. Version 1.0 of eProofer is designed specifically for Minnick ePublishing's MinniZine format. To use eProofer, simply flip through the pages of the publication as you normally would. A form is provided under each page where you can make notes, specify required edits, or ask questions. Everyone else on your team will see your notes when they browse the publication. When items are completed or questions are answered, simply check them off and they'll move to the 'Completed' list.
